Absolutely No Submitters Allowed!
Members are under no circumstances allowed to use any type of Submitter. When you join using a submitter, your account will be deleted and your IP and email address banned. Our script tell us when someone uses a submitter. DON'T DO IT!

AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

First and Last Name Required
If you do not have 2 names, do not join our site please. You agree to have first and last name details listed on your account and you may be subject for a proof of verification of your account including but notwithstanding a proof of purchase statement from PayPal.

Commissions
You agree to receive all earned commissions through PayPal Only. All commissions or cash for contests are subject to review. Payout level depends on your membership level. And can only be collected if you have active personally sponsored members. Even though we have paid to click ads, we are not a PTC site, you must be referring active members to collect commissions.

Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account. Duplicate accounts and paid sign ups are strictly prohibited. You cannot create any account using the USER ID or PASSWORD of "Admin" "Administrator" or any and all versions of same. Your account will be terminated for doing so.

SunnEagles Marketing Group reserves the right to deny access, delete and block any person for any reason we deem necessary.

EMAILS
By joining SunnEagles YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE UP TO 24 Various Types of EMAILS EVERY 24HRS FROM admin@sunneagles.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from admin@sunneagles.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get other members Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, SunnEagles promotions including but not limited to Solo Ads from SunnEagles members or anything that SunnEagles needs to be relayed to our members. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address. You will be rewarded with points and cash for all solos sent except Admin updates. If Admin sends you a offer you will earn points and cash for clicking the link just like all other emails.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
We can not stress this enough. If your email address bounces or sends SunnEagles a message with an autoresponder, your account will be deleted and banned. We do not tolerate bounced emails at all!

Liability
SunnEagles is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. SunnEagles does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from SunnEagles.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. SunnEagles will not be held liable.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of SunnEagles.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold SunnEagles liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
If you purchase an upgrade or ad pack, and we delivery your purchase no refunds will be given.

SPAM
SunnEagles has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include SunnEagles's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for SunnEagles in emails.

To falsify user information provided to SunnEagles or to other users of the service in connection with SunnEagles, or any of it's other sites.

To use the SunnEagles name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.

SunnEagles considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by SunnEagles terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit SunnEagles actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

SunnEagles reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, SunnEagles reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a Free Member or Paid Member of SunnEagles, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
